Reliable evidence met the target. No shortfall charge.
Provider accountability
Turn your Oura data into a commitment
Oura measures sleep and recovery patterns that can be difficult to judge from memory. Mavlo gives a chosen measure a target and deadline, then uses eligible Oura evidence to verify the result. Weekly sleep commitments and longer baseline-relative recovery commitments are distinct, so the review matches the metric you actually chose.
7hr a night

Verified data
Mavlo checks evidence, not a self-reported tick.
Reliable positive evidence completes progress. If data is missing, late or uncertain, Mavlo uses grace instead of treating uncertainty as a chargeable miss.
Match the clock to the metric
Sleep is weekly. Recovery metrics use a deadline.
A sleep commitment can target weekly asleep duration or time in bed. Eligible nightly evidence accumulates inside each seven-day commitment window.
HRV, resting heart rate, average SpO₂ and VO₂ max are baseline-relative deadline commitments. They evaluate a supported measurement window at a chosen future deadline—up to one year—not as an ordinary weekly sleep total.
A recovery target begins with a measured baseline.
The product compares the selected recovery measure with a measured baseline and requires the target to move in the improving direction. HRV, average SpO₂ and VO₂ max move upward; resting heart rate moves downward.
The current iOS flow uses a 28-day evaluation window for these metrics. A metric commitment should never be described as a weekly total when its contract is one deadline check.
Example: 49 hours asleep across a week
A member might choose 49 verified hours asleep across seven nights for 8 weeks. Oura evidence contributes to the stored-timezone window, and Mavlo shows the verified amount still required.
If the evidence meets the target, the week completes. If it proves an exact shortfall, the proportional amount can enter review. Partial or uncertain coverage produces grace.
A measurement is not a diagnosis or promised health outcome.
Mavlo does not interpret a supported metric as medical advice. Wearable observations can vary, and an accountability target should be chosen with appropriate clinical guidance when health concerns are involved.
The purpose is to hold a member-chosen standard against the eligible record—not to promise better sleep, recovery or fitness.
Oura data is used for the commitment you chose.
The authorised connection can provide sleep duration and timing plus the supported recovery measurements needed for setup, progress, evaluation, review and support. Mavlo does not use Oura data for advertising, third-party marketing or data sales.
Disconnecting Oura stops future access and may prevent an active commitment from receiving evidence. If that leaves the result uncertain, uncertainty does not prove a chargeable miss.

Questions, answered
The details people usually ask first.
Which Oura goals does Mavlo support?
Weekly sleep supports asleep duration or time in bed. Baseline-relative deadline commitments support HRV, resting heart rate, average SpO₂ and VO₂ max.
Is an HRV goal checked every week?
No. HRV and the other supported recovery metrics use a baseline-relative deadline commitment. Weekly review applies to the separate sleep-duration commitment.
What if Oura evidence is incomplete?
Incomplete or uncertain evidence should produce grace rather than establish a chargeable shortfall.
Is Mavlo endorsed by Oura?
No endorsement or sponsorship is implied. Oura is a member-authorised verification source.
