Reliable evidence met the target. No shortfall charge.

Mavlo does not prescribe workouts or replace a coach. You choose a fitness target and maximum shortfall amount, then connect Strava, Apple Health or Oura so Mavlo can verify the recorded result. An eligible shortfall enters review before any charge; missing or uncertain evidence cannot prove a failure.
12mi a week

Six ways to show up. Evidence, not a self-report.
How it works
A commitment with an objective finish line.
- 01
Choose a commitment
Pick a verification source, a realistic target, a duration and a shortfall amount.
- 02
Connect the evidence
Mavlo reads the smallest relevant window from Strava, Apple Health or Oura.
- 03
Keep showing up
See verified progress, what remains and the deadline in the app.
- 04
Review the result
A verified completion, verified shortfall or unverified result is shown before any eligible settlement.
Verified data
Mavlo checks evidence, not a self-reported tick.
Reliable positive evidence completes progress. If data is missing, late or uncertain, Mavlo cannot verify a failure, so you are not charged.
Mavlo verifies reality
Tracking shows what happened. Mavlo adds the commitment.
Strava, Apple Health and Oura already record useful evidence. Mavlo turns that evidence into a commitment with a target, a deadline and a member-chosen maximum shortfall amount.
Reliable positive evidence can complete progress. A verified shortfall can enter review. Missing, partial or uncertain evidence cannot establish a failure, so you are not charged.
- Strava running, cycling and swimming
- Apple Health weekly step totals
- Oura sleep and supported recovery metrics
Choose the standard. Connect the proof. Keep showing up.
Choose a supported source, target, start date, duration and the maximum amount that may apply to a verified shortfall. Standard weekly commitments run for 4, 8 or 12 weeks; supported Oura recovery commitments can use a longer deadline.
Mavlo shows verified progress, what remains, the source and the deadline. Multiple active commitments are supported, so a steps goal and a running goal can remain separate and understandable.
- Set a target that fits your current routine.
- Authorise only the source needed for that commitment.
- Check verified progress instead of marking the task complete yourself.
- Review any eligible incomplete result before settlement.
Membership and commitment amounts are separate.
Store membership is an Apple subscription. Web membership is billed by Stripe through RevenueCat using the same four terms, while the current UK TestFlight beta uses a temporary server-granted entitlement. A separate saved card supports the maximum shortfall amount you choose; saving it does not take a payment.
Continuous targets use the exact verified shortfall proportion, up to the selected maximum. Every eligible incomplete result receives a 24-hour review, and a dispute suspends settlement and is resolved in the member’s favour. Active membership is required at evaluation for any amount to be created.

Questions, answered
The details people usually ask first.
Is Mavlo a workout tracker?
No. Your chosen provider records the activity or health data. Mavlo uses eligible evidence from that source to verify a commitment and show what remains.
Does every missed target create the full amount?
No. Continuous targets use the verified proportional shortfall, uncertain evidence cannot establish a charge, active membership is required at evaluation, and every eligible incomplete result is reviewed before settlement.
Can I use more than one provider?
Yes. Members can hold multiple active commitments, each tied to its own supported source and target. Evidence is not mixed across unrelated commitments.
Can I download Mavlo from the App Store today?
Not yet. Join the waiting list and we will email you when the iOS and web apps are released.
